Missing verse to be inserted on page 126, following the verse dedicated to Amṛtakuṇḍalin and Vāyuvegā:

HŪṀ Oh, you who drag forth the enemies and obstructors from the northeastern corner,
Trailokyavijaya and Ghātukī, your moment has come!
Endowed with three faces, six arms and vajra wings,
Your four legs spread wide trample down upon the powerful Īśāna and his wife.
You, whose countless further emanations spread out in the ten directions,
The time has come for you to fulfil your great vows!
You must drag forth our enemies from wherever they abide!

On page 80, the words “twenty-five branches of instruction” in the final paragraph should read “fifteen branches of instruction”.

Here you can find a wonderful painting of Mahottara Vajrakīla, the Greater-than-great, by Nick Dudka as an addendum to our book.
